Never one to disappoint, We Are Handsome previewed a collection of refreshing new prints from their celebrated swimwear range. Trademark animal faces stared back at us from every angle; from the runway and on customised lollipops and cruisers. We loved the boys and the beats too!
Alice McCall voyaged into an underwater playground this collection, it was like watching the tides go in and out as the waves built up throughout the show. Playsuits strode down the runways as did ruffle edges all tonal in under the sea hues of corals, creams, white, navy and greys.

Sophie Roberts, hair director for ghd, worked her magic as always with tears in her eyes (nostalgically) this was her last show before she takes a bite of the big apple. “Who doesnt want to look like they’ve just got out of the water” Sophie Roberts told me as she went on to describe the feminine undone fashion girl she was recreating with a wet and glossy low slung pony tail. The key product here being ghd final shine spray.

The ‘Toni Tail’ from Toni Maticevski’s S/S 14 collection stems from ‘Grace Kelly goes to Japan’. Jayne Wild for ghd, gives us a 5 step guide on how-to:
All Photos: Zachary Handley for StyleMeRomy.com.
Hair: Jayne Wild for ghdModel :Julia Nobis (Priscillas) wears Toni Maticevski
1. Use the ghd eclipse to smooth out your hair.
2. Tease the root area with the ghd tail comb.
3. Take a section from the back of the head and bring the hair together into a tight ponytail, at the base of the crown.
4. Smooth out the top section and create another ponytail. Secure the ponytial around the existing one. This is called the ‘Toni Tail’
5. Gather the ‘Toni Tail’ together and twist very tightly then let it fold back on itself to create a tight ballet bun secure in place with pins and ghd final fix for extra hold.
