What has inspired you this season? I had this idea of idyllic summers and the feeling of long warm days, where everything seemed so bright and beautiful and the colours of everything just seemed to pop. I also wanted to create a collection that is about beautiful day dressing.
Is there anything or anyone you could give tribute to in helping you get where you are? Simone.
What is the latest app you downloaded? Plants vs. Zombies.
What keeps you up at night? Well, we have this stupid, hard bed that we bought. I hate it! Then once I’m awake, because my back hurts, I think about my kids and about Zimmermann.

What has inspired you this season? Using artist Liza Lou’s large-scale beaded works as a starting point, the garments explore visual references such as aerial views of sacred buildings, imprinted surfaces, ancient symbols, patterned rugs and prayer mats.
What is your favourite piece? At the moment it’s the navy pantsuit and the white silk skirt with contrast spotted silk overlays and mint waistband.
Is there anything or anyone you could give tribute to helping you get to where you are now? Everyone close to me and all those I have ever worked with, and all the experiences in my life that have led to here.

What has inspired you this season? We’ve been inspired by John William Waterhouse’s painting ‘Hylas and the Nymphs’, a rare French film called ‘The Inner Scar’ that stars Nico [Rampling] from the Velvet Underground, and a story from Chinese Mythology called ‘The White Serpent’.
What is your favourite piece? An impeccably cut all white tuxedo suit.
I would trade my grandmother for… Right now, to be given an extra week. The week of the show, to be given an extra day. The day of the show, to be given an extra hour.
For the show, what influenced your chosen style of hair? We have worked with Sophie Roberts for ghd to create a style that is modern and romantic.

What has inspired you this season? The collection was inspired by Twin Peaks.
What is your favourite piece? The double cross shirt dress. This piece really epitomizes my brand.
Who is your fashion crush? Rei Kawakubo, Comme des Garcon.
What keeps you up at night? Collection collection collection.
I would trade my grandmother for… A wardrobe full of vintage Zandra Rhodes.

What has inspired you this season? The main inspiration for the collection came from the Rolling Stones album Exile on Main Street, and the documentary Stones in Exile. The album has a mix of Rock n’ Roll, Blues, Country and Soul; I really drew from all of these genres when thinking about the collection and what I wanted to design.
Who is your fashion crush? Kate Moss – she’s cool, edgy, and knows how to throw together an amazing outfit whilst looking effortless!
What is the latest app you downloaded? A city guide by Quintessentially, the international luxury concierge service.
What keeps you up at night? At the moment making sure everything is ready for our second ever show… Have Yasmin [Le Bon] coming, I cannot wait!

What is your favourite fashion piece(s)? Loving the trousers and long skirts with sexy splits.
Who is your fashion crush? Anything Givenchy
Is there anything or anyone you could give a tribute to in helping you get to where you are? We are lucky we have each other, as sisters we are a good balance and we have a great team.
For the show what influenced your chosen style of hair? Using Alan White for ghd we created a chic and luxurious style.

What has inspired you this season? I was inspired by my recent European vacation; the iconic Hotel Il Pellicano in Tuscany. It has played host to the who’s who of the European jetset including the Pucci, Missoni, Fendi, Niarcho and Casiraghi families.
What is your favourite piece? I think the leather pieces have to be my favourites this season.
Who is your fashion crush? As predictable as it sounds Ashley Olsen.
What keeps you up at night? Email…I am sadly an all hours emailer….You will often see the glow of my iPhone screen at crazy hours of the night.
I would trade my grandmother for… Not much actually….but if I had to…it would be a month on a tropical island with nothing else to do except read, swim, eat, drink & sleep!

What has inspired you this season? I was inspired by the pool at the Chateau Marmont in LA. I imagined a pool party in there, as the S11 collection is surf inspired in a sophisticated way; like the 1971 film Death in Venice which is one of my favourite films of all times.
Is there anything or anyone you could give a tribute to in helping you get to where you are? I could go on forever…My delicious team at the office, I want to eat them like a strawberry tart. I would not have a business if wasn’t for them, I love them so much.
What keeps you up at night? Nothing at all, I sleep like a log.

What has inspired you this season? Modernism in art between 1910-1918 – at the Guggenheim in New York there is an incredible exhibition called The Great Collapse.
What is your favourite piece? I find it very hard to define a favourite piece; it’s like picking a favourite child.
What is the latest app you downloaded? Skype – I love it. When I went to New York it was a life saver.
What keeps you up at night? Creative blocks, deadlines and logistical problems.

Who do you see as your muse? I love the strength and beauty of Angelica Huston and really admire the attitude she projects. I have a photo of her on the wall in my workroom that constantly reminds me that I am designing for great women.
Is there anything or anyone you could give tribute to in helping you get where you are? I was a bit of a trouble maker in high school and I had a teacher, Chris Hurst who told me to pull myself together and open my eyes to what I was capable of achieving.
What keeps you up at night? Cravings for vanilla Blue Ribbon ice cream especially when I’m working late.
I would trade my grandmother for…Leopard print creepers.

What has inspired you this season? The summer collection has been inspired by the opulence of the baroque period combined with a modern mood of graphic silhouettes and strong bold colours.
Who do you see as your muse? Love the idiosyncratic style of girls like Clemence Poesy, Coco Sumner and Miroslav Duma.
Is there anything or anyone you could give a tribute to in helping you get to where you are? Our father has always been incredibly supportive, right from when we started the business and he still is.
What is the last app you downloaded? Self Service Magazine.

What inspired you for this collection? This collection is unashamedly feminine, using lingerie as a reference to fit and curve around the female form.
Who is your fashion crush? It would have to be Vanessa Traina.
What keeps you up at night? Dark chocolate before bedtime.
I would trade my grandmother for… A quiet long weekend away with my husband, with no looming deadlines to distract me.

What has inspired you this season? 90’s fashion photography, my bow print and modern art.
Who do you see as your muse? Teresa Palmer, Tilda Swinton, Vanessa Paradis and Director, Kinga Burza.
What is your favourite piece? At the moment the yellow lace coat and the bomber jacket; a new silhouette for ELLERY.
Who is your fashion crush? Karl Lagerfeld; what a man!
What is the latest app you downloaded? LOVE magazine.

What has inspired you this season? Finding love/losing love and everything in between.
Who do you see as your muse? Our partners are total inspirations (girlfriend & wives) – they all dress super fierce. It’s a basic formula – if they don’t wanna wear it then we don’t wanna make it.
What is your favourite piece? Anything in the signature Karl Maughan print – so beautiful. The printed pieces will transform a person into a walking piece of art – literally.
Is there anything or anyone you could give tribute to in helping you get to where you are? The stores that picked us up when we only had a few shitty tee-shirts to sell: Superette, Zambesi, Adrian Hailwood, Angel Divine, Violent Green.

FRIDAY, MAY 06 TIME: 9.00AM
What has inspired you this season? Primarily it was Helmut Newton’s works… I lugged his amazing book which I found in Berlin, through Milan and London.. By the time I got it back the box had fallen to bits but the book was still in perfect condition.
What is your favourite piece? I love the crazy experimental pieces with the feathers and all the rouleaux flowers I have developed. And then I even love the simplicity of the tailored sarong style pants.
Who is your fashion crush? Victoria Beckham and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
