Sexy Suzy!

On one of my styling appointments to see milliner, Suzy O’Rourke, we discussed how sadly hats are worn more as race attire than anything else these days. So we teamed up to show you the mischief that can be had outside the field and onto the dance floor at your next soiree. Mask anyone?

Be My Valentino…

My friends Jessica French and Trent Power were married in December of last year. If ever there was a ‘moment’ that screams Valentine’s Day, it’s captured in this image. She looked effortlessly beautiful in her Valentino dress, which closed the SS12 show.

How do you celebrate Valentines?
We don’t have a Valentine’s Day tradition. This year we may try, but it seems contrived to have a prescribed day for romance. We prefer to be romantic for no reason at all, and more often than just once a year.

What do you give each other (if anything)?
On our first Valentine’s Day, Trent sent a comically large flower arrangement.  It was so big that I couldn’t lift it.  Since then he’s toned it down. We always moan that it is so commercial, but we trade little tokens like chocolate, roses and love letters.

What are your star signs? Are you the “perfect” match?
Trent is a Gemini and I’m a Sagittarius, which are opposite each other on the zodiac. We live in symbiosis, amplifying the other’s strengths.

A Sweet Treat

Well, well…how apt that on Valentine’s Day, I post David Jones hotties Zac & Jordan Stenmark and ambassador Jason Dundas. We shot these pics in the  bridal suite at David Jones (hehe) Forget about the chocolates, these dapper boys are a proposal we could never refuse!
